Sylvie Holding

Sylvie Holding is an oyster farmer at Cape Cod Oyster Company. After graduating from St. Lawrence University in 2021, Sylvie joined AmeriCorps Cape Cod where she was first introduced to aquaculture through various partnerships with local towns. She has since enjoyed getting to continue to immerse herself in the field. Through Sylvie’s first-hand experience on the farm, she has seen the vital role aquaculture plays in the community, and she wants to ensure it will continue to thrive on both a local and global level.
