Joshua Hoggan holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he focused on collaborative approaches to knowledge creation. During his time there, he entered the innovation space, taking roles that helped him develop strong policy engineering skills. This experience is the foundation for his current work at Aquaforge Labs, where he is a cofounder focused on advancing policy and designing resilient systems.
Alongside his professional work, Joshua has been immersed in the political arena. He’s been an organizer for nearly a decade, working alongside others to build collective power through action. In 2024, that work led to an opportunity to represent his home state of Utah as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention.
