Jason Fullilove

Jason Fullilove has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, managing fine dining establishments of various sizes. Through his catering and events company, Jason George Events, Fullilove and his team plan and execute events for the who’s who of the city. He also works regularly with Patina Restaurant Group, including annually at the Emmys.  

His career started in restaurants and dining clubs in Ohio in the 1990s. He then went to New York City to study at the Culinary Institute of America and went on to serve as executive sous chef for BRGuest Restaurants. He also served as chef de cuisine at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, before landing in California where he has immersed himself in the ins and outs of the world’s largest farming region.  

Fullilove’s passion for the culinary arts has taken him around the world, where he has soaked up flavors and wisdom from top culinary figures.
