Sustainable seafood grown in United States offshore waters is one step closer to being on the menu as the US Congress considers the Science-based Equitable Aquaculture Food Act, or SEAfood Act, a bipartisan bill introduced yesterday by Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) and Representative Jimmy Panetta (D-CA).
